The bridge from how you operate today to how you'll operate in the AI era.

Day Bridge Partners plans, builds, and runs AI automation for owner-led businesses — with the judgment of the advisors who already run your numbers and your network. Nobody has to swim.

Why this moment

Most AI projects fail. Yours doesn't have to.

The tools are extraordinary and getting cheaper by the quarter. What's scarce isn't technology — it's judgment: knowing which processes are worth automating, what good looks like, and who keeps it running on Tuesday morning.

Concept — for founder discussion
The Day Bridge Foundation

A bridge that only carries the business across isn't finished.

Automation creates real gains — and real displacement. We don't pretend otherwise. The Day Bridge Foundation will commit a percentage of our profits to retraining and job placement for workers whose roles are replaced by AI. Nobody gets left on the far shore.

Read the commitment

Straight answers

The questions owners actually ask us.

Everyone else offers a free AI audit. Why do you charge for your assessment?

Because a free audit is a sales document, and you shouldn't bet your operations on one. Ours is a two-week diagnostic led by senior financial and technology professionals: 5–8 stakeholder interviews, current-state process mapping, a 15-dimension readiness score, and an ROI model for every opportunity — with a fixed fee and a firm not-to-exceed.

The roadmap is yours to keep and execute with anyone, including without us. That's only possible when the assessment is the product, not the bait.

We can barely manage the systems we already have.

That's precisely why Managed AI Operations exists. We don't leave you with one more thing to babysit — we operate what we build on the Helm, monitor it daily, and review results with you quarterly. Your team's job is to run the business, not the robots.

What happens to my people?

In our experience the first wins come from work your people are relieved to shed — closes that run late, AP piles, rekeying between systems. We design for redeployment first: moving people up the value chain as the routine work automates.

And we put our money where our mouth is: the Day Bridge Foundation commits a share of our profits to retraining and placing workers displaced by AI. We think an automation firm owes the workforce that honesty.

How are you different from an AI agency or a freelancer with ChatGPT?

Three ways. Judgment: our partners have decades inside SMB finance and IT — we know which processes matter and what good looks like. Method: a productized assessment and delivery methodology, not improvisation. Operation: we run the automations after we build them and carry accountability for the outcome. Building is the easy part; the other three are what you're actually buying.

What does our data touch?

The Helm is self-hostable and auditable — automations run inside your environment, connected to systems you already own. Your data is never used to train anyone's models, and every automated action leaves a trail your auditors can follow. Security posture and certifications are published on the Helm page.

The AI tools seem to change every quarter. What happens to what you build us?

That churn is why the Helm exists. Your automations live on the platform layer; the AI engines underneath are swappable as the market evolves. We pick the best tool per problem today and replace it tomorrow without rebuilding what your business runs on.

Our Story

Command of the course.

Why a firm about artificial intelligence is named after the oldest station on a ship.

The bridge

The bridge is the ship's command deck — where the captain stands, where every signal converges, and where judgment becomes a course. Not the engine room; engines get swapped as better ones arrive. The bridge is where you decide.

And the "day"? A business is run one operating day at a time — the day's close, the day's queue, the day's calls. That is our role: we stand the day watch on our clients' bridge. Clients bring the vessel and the ambition; AI brings unprecedented speed. What's scarce is not propulsion — it's command: seeing the whole picture, setting the heading, and keeping a trusted hand on watch every single day.

A bridge is also a crossing — from the shore you know to the one you're headed for. Day Bridge Partners carries a business from how it operates today to how it will operate in the AI era, without asking anyone to swim.

Day Bridge Partners is the judgment; the Helm is the instrument it runs on.

Where we come from

Two trusted firms. One deliberate pivot.

Day Bridge wasn't dreamed up at a whiteboard. It was forced into existence by something we watched happen inside our own businesses.

$

An 11-year CFO & accounting practice

One founding firm has spent over a decade as the outsourced finance department — bookkeeping, close, payroll, fractional CFO work — for owner-led businesses. The kind of firm that knows where every dollar in your P&L sleeps at night.

A 23-year managed-IT firm

The other has run SMB networks, security, and helpdesks since 2003 — the engineering bench that keeps systems alive at 2 a.m. and knows every stack a growing business actually runs on.

We watched AI begin to compress our own industries — accounting and managed IT — before most of our clients felt it. We had two choices: defend the past, or build the bridge. We're building the bridge, and we're crossing it with our clients.

That's the honest origin. AI-augmented finance tools and agentic IT platforms are already letting larger SMBs bring work in-house. The firms that survive that shift will be the ones who lead it for their clients — capturing the judgment work while automating the routine. Day Bridge Partners is that move, made early, and made together.

Our Approach

Productized at every step. Priced before work begins.

No open-ended engagements, no surprise invoices, no junior armies learning on your dime. Every phase has a defined scope, duration, deliverable, and price.

The five phases

From first conversation to steady state.

PHASE 01 · FREE

Discovery — 45 minutes

An initial fit conversation: your pain points, decision-maker mapping, and a scope hypothesis. Output: an honest fit decision — ours and yours.

PHASE 02 · FIXED FEE · 2 WEEKS

AI Readiness Assessment

5–8 stakeholder interviews, current-state process mapping across the business, 15-dimension AI-readiness scoring, and an ROI model per opportunity. Output: your readiness scorecard and a 12-month roadmap.

PHASE 03 · INCLUDED WITH ASSESSMENT

Roadmap

Opportunities prioritized and ranked by ROI with cost bands, financing options laid out, and an implementation proposal you can approve — or take anywhere. Output: a decision-ready plan you own.

PHASE 04 · FIXED QUOTE · 4–12 WEEKS

Implementation

Custom automation built with today's best AI coding tools, deployed on the Helm, integrated and tested against your real systems, with user training and a managed cutover. Output: live automation with measured ROI.

PHASE 05 · MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION · ONGOING

Managed AI Operations

We stay at the wheel: daily monitoring, continuous optimization, model and security updates, expansion identification, and quarterly business reviews. Output: sustained ROI — and a partner accountable for it every month. How we price →

The method inside the assessment

Four lenses. The whole operational footprint.

Borrowed from a decade of CFO-grade diagnostics: we examine every function through the same four lenses, on-site and hands-on — how the work is actually performed, not how it was documented.

People

Competency and role clarity, staffing levels against workload, skills gaps, and what your team is wasted on today.

Processes

Key cycles walked end-to-end, hand-offs and bottlenecks, manual workarounds, and reporting accuracy and timeliness.

Systems

Utilization of platforms you already pay for, integration gaps, automation opportunities, and cybersecurity hygiene.

Controls & Compliance

Segregation of duties, approvals, applicable regimes, internal-controls design, and fraud-risk exposure.

Cost certainty, in writing.

Fixed engagement pricing with a firm not-to-exceed cap. The cap is a ceiling on what you pay — not a point where the work stops. If the effort runs beyond it, we absorb the difference. That's the standard our CFO heritage holds us to.

The Platform

The Helm. The wheel on your bridge.

On every bridge there is a helm — the mechanism that turns intent into motion. The Helm is our operating platform: the backbone your automations are deployed and operated on, holding the course between decisions. Billed monthly, running daily.

Why a platform, not a pile of scripts

Models change every quarter. The Helm doesn't.

We pick the best tool for each problem and build your automations into the Helm — the orchestration layer we deploy and operate inside your business. The engines underneath can be swapped as the market evolves, without rebuilding what your business runs on.

What runs on it

Your back-office automations — AP/AR, close, reporting, service workflows, hand-offs between the systems you already own — plus a client portal where your team sees status, approvals, and results. One place where the work happens and is accounted for.

Built with the best tools of the moment

We build with today's leading AI coding and agent platforms — the same class of tools the largest labs ship with — selected per problem and treated as replaceable parts. The AI is a commodity input. The Helm, and what we've built into it for you, is the durable asset.

Self-hostable Auditable — every action leaves a trail Vendor-neutral You own your workflows Your data never trains models Engines swappable by design
Security & data stewardship

Financial-grade discipline, because that's where we come from.

Our founding firms have handled client financials and client networks for a combined three decades. The Helm inherits that posture.

Your environment first

The Helm deploys self-hosted wherever your data can't leave home — healthcare, finance, anything regulated. Automations connect to your systems under your identity and access controls.

Audit-ready by default

Segregation of duties, approval gates, and complete action logs are designed in from our controls heritage — so your CPA and your auditor stay friends with your automation.

Certifications

SOC 2 examination is on our published roadmap Placeholder — timing TBD — and until it's complete we'll say exactly that, rather than borrowing a badge.

Services

Assess. Build. Run.

Three offerings, one arc: understand where AI actually pays in your business, build it into your operations, and keep it earning every month.

Service 01

The AI Readiness Assessment.

The market is full of free "AI audits." We charge for ours, and we think that's exactly why you should want it.

Why paid beats free

A free audit exists to sell you an implementation — its conclusions are written before it starts. A paid diagnostic has to stand on its own. Ours is led by senior financial and technology professionals, priced fixed with a firm not-to-exceed, and produces a roadmap good enough to execute without us. That independence is the product.

What two weeks buys

  • 5–8 structured stakeholder interviews
  • Current-state process mapping across the whole business — finance, sales, service, operations, HR, compliance
  • 15-dimension AI-readiness scorecard
  • An ROI model for every opportunity — ranked, with cost bands
  • A 12-month roadmap and implementation proposal, presented live to your leadership

Service 02

Implementation.

Weeks, not quarters. Custom automation built with today's best AI development tools, deployed on the Helm, and integrated with the systems you already own — no rip-and-replace.

What typically gets built first

AP/AR processing, month-end close acceleration, management reporting, quote-to-cash hand-offs, service-desk triage, onboarding flows, compliance checklists — the repeatable work your team is relieved to shed.

How it lands

Integrated and tested against your live systems, with user training and a managed cutover. Nothing ships until the people who use it can run their day on it.

What it costs

Quoted fixed from your roadmap before we start — sized to scope, with the same not-to-exceed discipline as the assessment. ROI measured against the model we built together.

Service 03

Managed AI Operations.

The phase most firms don't offer — and the reason automations keep working past the demo. We operate what we build, on the Helm, with our name on the outcome.

Monitor

Daily health monitoring and incident response for every live automation.

Optimize

Continuous tuning as volumes shift, systems change, and models improve.

Update

Model and security updates handled for you — the churn is our job.

Expand

Quarterly business reviews that surface the next opportunities, with ROI math attached.

One monthly payment, cash-flow positive from month one.

Prefer not to fund it upfront? Assessment, implementation, and the first year of Managed AI Operations can be rolled into a single fixed monthly payment — structured so the modeled monthly savings exceed the payment from the first month, with the gap widening as savings compound. Full math in every proposal.

Pricing

Fixed. Scoped. In writing — before you commit.

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee with a firm not-to-exceed, priced from your actual processes and volumes after a free discovery conversation. We don't publish a rate card — a number that ignores your business would be a guess in both directions — but we're happy to publish exactly how the pricing works.

Managed AI Operations

A monthly subscription sized to what we run for you.

Ongoing operation is a flat monthly subscription scoped to your automation portfolio — monitoring, optimization, model and security updates, and scheduled business reviews — quoted alongside your implementation proposal so there are no surprises later. Month-to-month after the first year; nobody should stay because leaving is hard.

Or one payment for the whole journey.

Assessment, implementation, and the first year of Managed AI Operations can be financed as a single fixed monthly payment — structured so the modeled monthly savings exceed the payment from the first month. Full math in every proposal.

Fair questions

About our pricing.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because the honest answer is "it depends on your business," and we'd rather prove it than round it. Every quote is built from your actual processes, systems, and volumes at discovery — and delivered as a fixed number with a ceiling, in writing, before you commit a dollar. As our delivery data matures, we may publish starting ranges.

What's not included?

Net-new scope. If the roadmap changes or you want another automation, it gets its own fixed quote — approved by you before anything starts. No engagement creep, ever.

Can we start smaller than an assessment?

The discovery call is free, and sometimes the honest answer there is "you're not ready yet — do these two things first." We'd rather tell you that in minute 40 than bill you to find out.

Who We Serve

The $2M–$20M middle nobody builds for.

Big enough that manual back-office work is quietly expensive. Not big enough for the firms selling AI transformation to the Fortune 500. That middle is our entire practice — it's who our founding firms have served for decades.

The landscape, honestly

Where we sit — and where we don't.

Big Four / MBB

Built for the enterprise.

  • Project minimums: $250K–$2M
  • Engagement arc: 12–24 months
  • Rates: $400–$600/hour
  • Target client: $500M+ revenue

Day Bridge Partners

Built for the owner-led middle.

  • Projects: fixed quotes, weeks not quarters
  • Engagement arc: 2–12 weeks
  • Pricing: scoped per project, productized
  • Target client: $2M–$20M revenue

DIY & boutique agencies

Fast, but fragile.

  • Typically hourly, ad-hoc
  • Methodology: usually none
  • Ongoing operation: rare
  • Controls & audit trail: rarer

Enterprise figures from published Big Four engagement norms; agency profile from market scan, July 2026.

Where we go deep

Industries we know from the inside.

Professional & business services

Agencies, firms, and service businesses where utilization, billing hygiene, and close speed decide the year. Our home turf for over a decade.

Healthcare organizations

Privacy-first automation for provider and care organizations — self-hosted deployment, access controls, and audit trails designed for regulated data.

Nonprofits

Mission-scale operations with grant-grade controls. Fund accounting discipline, board-ready reporting, and automation that stretches every program dollar.

You're likely a fit if…

You're an owner- or operator-led business between $2M and $20M · your back office runs on people rekeying between systems · month-end takes longer than it should · you've tried an AI tool or two and nothing stuck · and you'd rather redeploy good people than replace them.

Because the name demands it.

A bridge that only carries the business across isn't finished. Our clients gain speed and margin; some roles genuinely change or disappear. Pretending otherwise is the industry's habit — it won't be ours. The Foundation makes the whole story true: nobody gets left on the far shore.
